Located in the urban core of Burlington, this project explored the redevelopment of an underutilized site into a proposed 6 -storey residential building. The project focused on supporting the rezoning vision for the property while enhancing the surrounding urban context. My role involved developing the building massing, preparing architectural drawings, and creating visual renderings for presentation purposes.
